Product Specifications

The product specifications provided throughout this site are taken from the original manufacturers datasheets. Whist we endeavour to provide as much information as possible on the products we sell, these specifications are often changed at short notice by equipment manufacturers. Product specifications should therefore always be checked directly with the manufacturer. Whilst we make every effort to supply equipment as detailed in the specifications, you may receive an updated or equivalent model due to circumstances beyond our control.

Unless specifically shown or agreed to the contrary we are unable to supply specific firmware revisions of equipment supplied.

Compatibility between equipment supplied and peripheral devices, and differences between firmware revisions should be identified directly with the equipment manufacturer.

Returns Policy

The DSL Shop returns policy:

If you feel that any product that we have supplied is faulty and requires replacement you must first contact our returns department by e-mail at:, or by calling the returns authorisation department on 0844 37 11 0 11.

If a replacement or repair is necessary you will be requested to send the product to the RETURNS DEPT. at the address below, together with a completed Returns Authorisation Number request form. Any products returns without a completed RAN request form will not be processed. Click here to download our RAN request form (Please obtain the authorisation number before despatching equipment to DSL Shop)

You should then repackage only the faulty unit together with a copy of the completed RAN form. Mark clearly on the outside of the package the Returns Authorisation Number - if this is omitted it may result in your return being delayed or refused at our goods inwards facility.

Units returned remain the customers property until received by DSL Shop. It is the customers responsibility to ensure adequate packaging is applied to avoid transit damage. Any damage found will be recorded and notification made to the customer. Any unauthorised upgrade to the equipment must be advised before return.

It is also recommended that a 'proof of delivery' style carriage method is used for returns as DSL Shop are unable to provide refunds for goods that are lost in transit.
